At this time, Chicago Buddhist Meditation Group is meeting online, using Zoom. Every Sunday at 3:15 PM (Central Time), we will open our Zoom link, and practice begins at 3:30 PM (Central Time). Everyone is welcome to join, including beginners. There is no cost to participate.

Chicago Buddhist Meditation Group is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit led by a diverse group of lay practitioners who meet weekly to support each other in our meditation practice and to study Buddhist teachings from various traditions. Our purpose is to cultivate compassion, wisdom, a peaceful mind, and ethical living for the benefit of all individuals and communities. We welcome people from all walks of life, and whether beginners or seasoned practitioners, to join us on the cushions!
