Join us on the cushion on Sundays, to find a moment of quietude and clarity.
All are welcome. No experience needed. No fee.
Chicago Buddhist Meditation Group (CBMG) meets weekly via a hybrid model*, i.e., both in-person at the Dojo as well as online via Zoom. Every Sunday at 3:15 PM Central Time, we will open both the Dojo door and our Zoom link, with practice beginning at 3:30 PM Central Time. Everyone is welcome to join, including beginners. There is no cost to participate.
For those attending in-person, please adhere to our COVID Safety Protocols, including the requirement for showing proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
If interested, please see this “How to Join” page for more details, or email [email protected] with questions.
*note that occasionally we may meet online-only – sign up for CBMG’s newsletter at https://chicagomeditation.org/ for weekly updates.
